Real-estate is not cheap in Vancouver.
I remember a couple movies that stand out for me as the primo bachelor pad living experience – one being, Will Smith in Hitch, the other being, Eddie Murphy in Boomerang. Sleek contemporary furniture, loft style apartments, but yes, the Murphy-bed and disco-ball was a little much. Alas, the cookie-cutter Yaletown apartments don’t come close to resembling Hollywood. Don’t believe everything you see on TV.
